Tonoli has worked in the field of logistics since 1960. It debuted as a sole trader only in the sector of goods transport serving local markets.
Since the end of the ’70s the company transformed from sole trader into a general partnership and, even though keeping the family imprint, went international and opened to new markets. Its attention concentrated on and toward the Iberian Peninsula. The vehicle fleet was progressively amplified and along the way the company invested in client service.
At the end of the ’80s Tonoli Spedizioni srl was founded. Over the years Tonoli Iberica Spedizioni and Tonoli Portoguesa were established, with the function of organizing and coordinating the whole net of international traffic and widespread distribution between Italy, Spain and Portugal. After the experience achieved in the sector of transports, the company decided at the end of the ‘90s to broaden its commercial services to greater satisfy growing needs of the market in terms of product storage.
1200 clients make up the Tonoli portfolio, including some highly important ones in their field, which range from foodstuff to wine and liquors, from clothing to textiles as well was the automotive, glass and paper sectors, and industrial machinery. More than 40,000 shipments handled per year, in a professional, reliable and competitive way that is adaptable and flexible to the client’s structural and market needs.
